Isn't it funny how I would die from embarrassment to show my belly just a few months ago, but now I'm sticking it out like a diamond engagement ring?
Anyway, here I am at fifteen weeks:
Of course, Goji got in on the action. Total camera whore.
I swear, this belly popped out overnight Sunday. Last week, I was wearing size 6. Now, my old size 10 dress slacks are snuggish. This parasite is undoing almost a year's worth of Jillian Shred and ab work in a matter of days.
Kinda cool, tho.
What a lovely baby-bump, mah bump mah bump, mah lovely baby bump!!well, YOUR bump!
ReplyDeleteIt's SUPER cool. And all your hard work over the past year will just help your body bounce back more quickly after you pop that puppy out.
ReplyDeleteSo pumped for you.
I'm relieved to see I'm not the only one who referred her her little bundle of joy as a parasite. He's a delight (11 now, with a 7 year old younger brother), but those early pregnancy days... yeah, parasite pretty much covers it.
ReplyDeleteGlad the pregnancy is going well!
Nature is a beautiful thing. Plus, think how much easier the birth process will be with all those muscles to help things along. I've never thought of that as being a good reason for strength training, but it works.
ReplyDeleteI'll jsut be glad when your bump is bigger than mine. :)
You look wonderful!
ReplyDeleteYou look GREAT! :) Cute lil bump! :)
ReplyDeleteYou look great; I can still see your abs holding in that little baby bump!
ReplyDeleteyou look good :) tell Goji he's looking good too
ReplyDeleteYou look fantastic! Great perspective for me too after just enduring a version of "belly" shots this weekend of my own. You look very happy in yours. I think you can see the look of fear in my eyes in mine. ;)
ReplyDeletePS - Goji is adorable.
You look great! Sheesh during all three of my pregnancies I was a sloth on the coach stuffing Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies in my mouth. You should be very proud of yourself! :)
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful!

ReplyDeleteLOL I used to call mine parasites too. I would get strange looks from some people. Seriously, don't they just totally fit the description of parasite though? Loveable parasites, of course. :)
